      For all Asics, all Adidas, and Nike Speedsweep we recommend you you buy wrestling shoes at least 1/2 size larger than your street shoe (e.g. if your street size is size 10, your wrestling shoe would be size 10.5).

      For all other Nike shoes we recommend you buy wrestling shoes at least one FULL size larger than your street shoe (e.g. if your street size is size 10, your wrestling shoe would be size 11).
